Refund & Cancellation Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective August 7, 2026

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This policy explains how cancellation works, when a refund is due, and how to ask for one.

It forms part of the Terms of Service (corelim.com/terms).

1. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel a paid Corelim subscription at any time from Plan & usage in your workspace settings. You do not need to contact us to cancel.

Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that your workspace returns to the Free plan, unless separate access has been granted to it by us, in which case that access continues on its own terms.

Cancelling does not delete your workspace or its records. If your data exceeds what the Free plan allows, you keep access to what is already there, but you may not be able to add more until you free capacity or resubscribe.

If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume the subscription from the same place.

2. Refunds on Cancellation

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancelling on its own does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, whether or not you used all of it. You keep the access you paid for until the period ends.

The sections below describe the situations where a refund or credit is due.

3. Duplicate and Erroneous Charges

If you were charged twice for the same period, charged for a plan or interval you did not choose, charged after a valid cancellation took effect, or charged an incorrect amount, that is our error to fix.

Once we verify it, we will refund the incorrect amount or correct the charge.

4. Extended Service Disruption

If the Corelim Service itself suffers a prolonged material service disruption — sustained unavailability or severe impairment attributable to us, which materially prevents the use of substantial functionality of the Service — an affected paying customer may contact us to request a review for a proportional refund, a service credit or another reasonable remedy covering the affected part of the billing period.

This is a right to ask, not an automatic entitlement. No fixed period of disruption creates eligibility, and a service disruption does not by itself guarantee a refund or a credit. We review each request on its facts and decide, at our reasonable discretion, whether a remedy is appropriate and, if so, what form and amount it should take.

This section is about the availability of the Service, not your use of it. Not signing in, not using Corelim, or simply being inactive for any period of time, is not a service disruption and does not qualify.

What we consider when reviewing a request

  • The nature of the disruption and the functionality it affected
  • How long the disruption lasted and how severe it was
  • Whether the features or workflows you rely on were actually unavailable, and the real impact on your ability to use Corelim
  • Your usage of the Service over the affected period
  • Your plan and subscription
  • What caused the disruption, and whether it was within our reasonable control
  • Whether a reasonable workaround was available
  • Whether the problem affected the Service generally or was isolated to your account, configuration or environment
  • The circumstances of any third-party infrastructure involved
  • Any other relevant technical, operational, commercial, legal or abuse-prevention circumstances

What does not qualify

A disruption is not attributable to us, and does not qualify under this section, where it is caused by:

  • Your internet connection, network, firewall or other connectivity
  • Your device, browser, operating system or other software
  • Your own configuration of Corelim, or your own systems integrated with it
  • Use of the Service outside the way it is supported or documented
  • Misuse of the Service, or a suspension resulting from a breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Maintenance we communicated reasonably in advance
  • Third-party systems or services
  • Force majeure or other events outside our reasonable control

The outcome

After reviewing a request we may approve it, decline it, or offer a different remedy than the one requested. An approved remedy may take the form of a proportional refund, a service credit, or another reasonable remedy appropriate to the circumstances. We will tell you what we decided and why.

None of this affects statutory refund, cancellation, consumer or other rights that cannot legally be waived where you live. Where such a right applies — including in situations listed above as not qualifying — that right takes precedence over this section and we will honour it.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments for Corelim subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which operates the hosted checkout, holds your payment method and issues your invoices. When a refund is due, it is issued back through that provider to the payment method originally charged.

How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

We decide whether a refund is due under this policy. The payment provider is the mechanism through which it reaches you.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy and we will handle your request according to them. If you think a statutory right applies to you, say so in your request and tell us where you are, and we will apply it.

7. How to Request a Refund

Write to oya@oyaholding.com from the email address on the account, and include:

  • The workspace name
  • The billing email on the subscription
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • What went wrong
  • Any invoice, receipt or payment reference you have

We will acknowledge your request and tell you what we find. If we need more information to verify a charge, we will ask.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Each version carries a version number and an effective date, and a change does not apply retroactively to a charge already made under an earlier version.
