Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective August 7, 2026

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what Corelim may and may not be used for. It forms part of the Terms of Service (corelim.com/terms) and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including people who open content through a Shared Link.

The goal is straightforward: keep Corelim usable and safe for the businesses that run their operations on it.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Corelim for any lawful activity the Service supports. That includes, among other things:

  • Operational and business workflows
  • Product development and product data management
  • Creative and design work
  • Project and task coordination
  • Sourcing, supplier and manufacturing workflows
  • Customer and account information management
  • Inventory and purchase order management
  • Asset and document management
  • Collaboration with colleagues and external partners

Corelim is built with fashion and physical product operations in mind, but use of the Service is not limited to those industries. Any legitimate use the product supports is permitted.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use Corelim to:

Unlawful and harmful activity

  • Break the law or facilitate unlawful activity
  • Commit fraud, run phishing campaigns or steal credentials
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code
  • Conduct unauthorized surveillance or tracking of people
  • Exploit or endanger anyone, including minors
  • Harass, threaten or abuse people

Content you have no right to use

  • Upload or share content you do not have the legal right to upload or share
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, design rights, trade secrets or other intellectual property
  • Host content that is illegal to possess or distribute

Misuse of the platform

  • Use Corelim as general-purpose or public file hosting, or as a distribution point unrelated to your own operational use
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or to any account or data within it
  • Run credential-stuffing, brute-force or other credential attacks
  • Circumvent security controls, authentication or access controls
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, plan limits, storage limits or billing controls
  • Abuse Shared Links, including redistributing a link beyond its intended recipients or using one to extract data at scale
  • Scrape the Service, extract data by unauthorized automated means, or use the APIs without authorization
  • Interfere with the availability, integrity or security of the Service, or with other customers' use of it
  • Use the Service primarily to clone, replicate or unlawfully appropriate Corelim's protected software or intellectual property

3. Respecting Other People's Resources

You must not attempt to access, read, modify or delete anything you have not been granted access to. That includes another person's:

  • Account
  • Workspace
  • Organization
  • Brand
  • Collection
  • Item
  • Asset
  • Supplier record
  • Customer record
  • Shared Link
  • Billing resource
  • Any other Corelim resource

This applies inside a Workspace as well. If your access is scoped to particular Brands, do not attempt to reach records outside that scope.

If you discover a way to access something you should not be able to, please report it to us rather than exploring it further.

4. Security Research

We welcome good-faith reports of security issues. Send them to oya@oyaholding.com.

Please test only against your own account and Workspace, do not access other customers' data, do not degrade the Service for others, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.

5. How We Enforce This Policy

Where it is reasonably necessary to protect security, address fraud or unlawful conduct, respond to a credible infringement complaint, address a material breach of the Terms or this Policy, or protect users and our infrastructure, we may:

  • Investigate the activity, including reviewing relevant logs
  • Ask you for more information
  • Restrict or disable a specific Shared Link or feature
  • Restrict or remove access to specific content
  • Suspend an account or a Workspace
  • Terminate an account in serious or repeated cases

We aim to use the least disruptive measure that resolves the problem, and to tell the affected Workspace what happened and what is needed to put it right. We may act before notifying where advance notice would defeat the purpose, such as during an active security incident.

We do not review Customer Content routinely, and we do not use AI systems to scan or moderate it. Enforcement here is a response to a report, a security signal or a legal obligation — not continuous inspection of your files.

If you think we have acted in error, contact us and we will look at it again.

6. Reporting a Problem

To report abuse, misuse of a Shared Link, or a violation of this Policy, contact oya@oyaholding.com. Please include enough detail for us to identify what you are reporting.

Copyright and other intellectual property complaints have their own process, described in the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy (corelim.com/copyright).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service develops or new kinds of misuse appear. Each version carries a version number and an effective date, and material changes are notified in the same way as changes to the Terms.
