How do I sign in?
Use the Sign in button and enter your workspace account email and password. Access to each workspace is managed by invitation and team membership.
What is a Shared Link?
A Shared Link is a controlled read-only link for a specific resource so an external partner can view approved context without an account.
Do partners need an account to open a Shared Link?
No. A public Shared Link opens directly for the recipient without a login, while your workspace stays protected behind authentication.
Can recipients download files from a Shared Link?
Only when the link allows it. Supplier and client links allow file downloads by default; switch any link to view-only to withhold them. Download links expire on their own and never reveal where a file is stored.
Where is my data organized?
Everything lives inside your workspace, organized under brands and collections. Sign in to your workspace to manage it.
How should sourcing decisions be tracked?
Add supplier quotes, compare them on product and collection surfaces, record the selected supplier and planned quantity in production details or notes, then update inventory through the Inventory module when stock is received.
Which features are still in development?
Public comments and uploads, automated supplier sending, receiving correction writers, and inventory correction writers are not available yet. Current plans label unreleased capabilities as Coming Soon.
